In the beginning...there was a gigantic bubble of gas. To phrase that for a little clarity, in the beginning there was a gigantic bubble of gas AND that was the beginning of time. Time as we have come to know and accept without question. Astronomers say so and therefore, that's the way it is. Okay so, this gigantic bubble of gas wasn't your prototypical bubble of gas. Oh no. This gigantic bubble of gas was home to galaxies. Loads and lots of galaxies. The beginning of time galaxies. This gigantic bubble of gas was not only big as decided in astronomical terms, this gigantic bubble of gas was bigger than a breadbox. A intergalactic breadbox of course. Evidently this gigantic bubble of galactic existence was billions of lightyears across. Astronomers haven't exactly measured this gigantic space bubble of galaxies but we can take their word for all of this. Alrighty then. So this gigantic gas bubble of galaxies was not really too far off, nope, the gigantic bubble of galaxies suspended in gas was a mere 900 million lightyears away. From Planet Earth. Now, the fly in the astronomical gigantic bubble of galaxies suspended in gas would be a minor little detail that extrapolates as "a fossilized gigantic bubble of galaxies suspended in gas." What...the...hell?!? I did not know that fossilized gigantic bubbles of galactic gas could be "discovered." Or even existed. I suppose now the astronomers will gather together in astronomical conclave and theorize an entirely new branch of space based paleontology. Galactic fossil hunters will launch themselves into a vain search for the holy grail of gigantic gas bubbles containing the actual fossilized remnants of the Big Bang and accompanying gigantic gas galaxies. Just think, we have the actual word from astronomers. To infinity and beyond. Now for Thursday machine art. Most of which is not, in any reasonably understandable measure, on a galactic scale. I did not know that galaxies had scales. *

I think there are times when the science guys get really trippy and this instance may well fall into that designation. 😏
