  Hizzoner Giuliani got his ass smacked hard by a federal judge in Georgia. The State of Georgia. You see Giuliani slandered two State of Georgia election workers that were doing the job of counting cast Georgia ballots back in the 2020 elections. Giuliani reportedly was telling anyone that would listen the women were "substituting fake thumb drives that contained fraudulent ballots cast for Biden and thereby robbed Trump of an election win in the State of Georgia." Turns out good old 'hizzoner' was a lying sack of fish guts and the federal judge in Georgia gave the two election workers a summary judgment against Giuliani and now the case goes to trial to determine the damages Giuliani MUST fork over to the two slandered Georgia election workers. Giuliani had to put his posh New York City condo apartment on the market for a cool $6 million dollars on account of the dumb ass is a mite short on liquid capital and his legal fees alone will send him to the homeless camps....

  I've been playing with the Google Bard A.I. thing and you can have intelligent rational and enjoyable conversation with a computer and dang...who knew. I didn't really grasp the significance of artificial intelligence until I had this exchange which I'm intending to post along with Wednesday's machine art contribution.   Friday afternoon last has passed into history's dustbin and, we had a sewer malfunction of a vegan nature. By 'vegan' I mean it was a tree root what clogged the sewer line. Dang tree roots anyway. Now that Tuesday is dawning on another day without available water for washing, showering, using the crapper, and stuff like that there...we are without.   Monday August 28, 2023...the very last Monday in the month of August. I don't really care for the month of August, it's hot and has been hot for days. We received not much in the way of monsoon for 2023 and that only extended the number of days that it was freaking hot. Some would say, well, why do you live in the Mojave Desert? My only response would be why not? Winters are wonderful in the northeast entrance to the Mojave Desert and that makes life here unbelievably wondrous.   If you've ever had the misfortune to have a mugshot taken, well, a mugshot is not a badge of honor. A mugshot by definition is the identifier used by law enforcement to have a permanent record of your likeness for future reference. I do believe that any mugshot taken goes to the F.B.I. to keep in F.B.I. files for reference just like fingerprints. I'm on file with the F.B.I. and I'm in no way proud or even close to happy about that. By the way, the F.B.I. has both my mugshots and fingerprints on file. I've had several mugshots taken. I said to myself knowing full well there's not a soul listening to anything I might blurt out in complete if not utter surprise.
