Yes my friends between the fatalities from the Covid-19 pandemic and the fatalities from mass shootings in this here 'land of the free to die', we're racking up some impressive numbers of dead from either/or. That is certainly nothing to brag about and I'm fairly convinced that being cynical about our daily existential struggles is one way to cope. Not necessarily the best way to cope but hell, works for me. Anyway and yes there were more Covid-19 deaths over the weekend and the mass shootings keep on piling up the bodies. Gad-ah-mighty, ain't living in Amerika pretty dang spiffy or what. Moving on to the machine before the next killer headlines hit the old Google news page. At least there's something to look forward to.
