On this day in history, that J. W. Booth guy shot Abraham Lincoln. On this day in history American flyboys got into their first aerial dogfight over France in the first World War. On this day in history America bombed Libya and that was Ronnie RayGun that managed that fiasco. On this day in history the Soviet Union agreed to pull out of Afghanistan as the Soviet Union was getting their commie asses kicked by the Mujahadin. We know the Mujahadin today as the Taliban. Today or someday pretty darn close to today, Joe Biden will announce that he's planning to have all American troops pulled out of Afghanistan by September 11. That hasn't been any nation on the Planet that could subjugate the Afghan people for very long. On this day and every dang day through out recorded history, Wednesday is determined to be 'hump day'.
