Just when folks thought the last weekend in August would be quiet if not summertime warm, well, let the gunfire commence and do your best to duck and cover. 'Shelter in place'. "GUN!!!" Florida, Pennsylvania, and numerous other states found themselves at the heart of police investigations with casualties. America seems to be perfectly comfortable with gun violence and casualties. Of course America's morticians and cemeteries are seeing a boom time for laying the dead to rest. The dead can rest in peace while everyone else is left to pick up the shattered pieces of lives lost. Senselessly lost. The last week of August 2023 is off to a bang up start. Sunday machine art is up right about now.

I do miss Craig Ferguson AND his robot sidekick Geoffrey Petersen (Peterson?). I think that Geoffrey should have been a spinoff. hell, tbbt turned out to be a hit... ☺
