According to the New York Times, there is an America that Americans like to forget about. Gosh...really? Would that be the America that stole an entire continent from the indigenous First Nation people that were already here? Had been here for thousands of years? Would that be the America that profited handsomely from the enslavement of African people? Would that be the America that fought one brutally horrific civil war over those already mentioned African people? Would that be the America that went to war with Mexico so Texas could spawn a retarded wheelchair bound miserable little prick of a governor? Would that be the America that imported thousands of Chinese laborers to build the transcontinental railroad and then turn around and brutalize those very same laborers? Would that be the America where the southern states decided to enact Jim Crow laws with the strict intent of brutalizing newly freed African Americans? Would that be the America that interned Japanese Americans on account of Japan attacking Pearl Harbor and kick starting one brutally inhuman response to World War II? Gosh I can't think of an America that Americans would want to forget. America is "god's gift" to Planet Earth. Now for Tuesday machine art. Don't get no better than that.
