Monday August 28, 2023...the very last Monday in the month of August. I don't really care for the month of August, it's hot and has been hot for days. We received not much in the way of monsoon for 2023 and that only extended the number of days that it was freaking hot. Some would say, well, why do you live in the Mojave Desert? My only response would be why not? Winters are wonderful in the northeast entrance to the Mojave Desert and that makes life here unbelievably wondrous. Barbecue on Xmas Day no less and that is not so very far off. Xmas not barbecue. One week from today is Labor Day and summer is quasi-officially over. The children are already back in school. High school football is well underway and that leaves Mojave parents almost giddy with anticipation. I sort of forgot Sara's birthday so here's a belated happy birthday to you. Now for Monday machine art.
