A spokesperson for the United Nations insists that the Israeli raid that recovered four (?) hostages being held by Hamas "may be a war crime." No shit ... really? According to one Jeremy Laurence of the U.N. Human Rights Office, "the densely populated area of Gaza's Nuseirat area where the raid was conducted, seriously calls into question whether the principles of distinction, proportionality, and precaution - as set out under the laws of war - were respected by the Israeli forces." An Israeli spokesperson claimed, "...laws of war? Are you kidding me? Israel does not abide by no stinking laws of war. We are Israel and we don't have to acknowledge any law but the laws we decide to." And there you go. Some 260+ Palestinian men, women, and children were murdered in Israel's raid on Nuseirat. Oh yes and three Israeli hostages were also killed in the raid however, Israel refuses to even acknowledge that. Now we'll trip over a light fantasy to Wednesday machined artware and someone please cue the camel.
