Absolutely shocking news has come down the old internet and shocking is maybe just a mite shy of how absolutely shocking this news is. Okay and here we go ... dolphins and orcas long honored for intelligence and agility, have reached a "pivotal point" in their evolution. Research reveals the dolphins and orcas lived on land a way back a dang long time ago. I don't think that's shocking. Anyway and according to "research" the lesser cetaceans are now evolutionarily incapable of returning to land. Thus we have the "shocking revelation" that dolphins and orcas are forever bound to live in our seas. I mean, cetaceans have lived in the oceans for as long as I can remember and according to "research" once again, the cetaceans have lived in our oceans and seas for millions of years and that's the shocker. Personally, I find the "research news" not even close to shocking and why it's taken "research" to acknowledge what regular people have known all along is curious in the very least. So dolphins, orcas, and every dang last cetacean swimming the oceans that so plentifully water our Planet, will live their very best cetacean life swimming happily and feeding on ocean's bounty. Well for now anyway. I suppose there's really not shocking news or points to be made other than, should our Planet's human infestation keep up the crass disregard for all things oceanic, there won't be any dolphins, orcas, or cetaceans in general left to "research." Possibly the research should focus on why humans are such slobs. Now for Sunday machine art.
