Petitions have been filed in federal courts asking for judicial relief on ICE illegally rounding up brown people AND black people. This crap is NO longer about "deporting migrants and immigrants" and not even close. ICE is on a full blown obláva, with Nazi overtones and absolute intent to round people up and deport rounded up people ASAP and there seems to be NO consequence for the illegality. So complaints are filed in federal courts and Homeland Security/ICE ignores any and all 'cease and desist' orders from federal judges and damn if we are not in some uncharted unConstitutional waters now. Here's an excerpt for an FYI -
"a federal judge in Los Angeles has issued a temporary restraining order against ICE in California, halting indiscriminate immigration arrests and requiring access to legal counsel for detainees. The order restricts agents from detaining individuals without reasonable suspicion, particularly based on factors like race, ethnicity, or location."
And the order has so far been for the most part ignored by Homeland Security and ICE which is a subsidiary of Homeland Security and the impetus for ignoring court orders comes from an asshole name of Tom Homan and Homan is one seriously demented totalitarian. In close proximity to former sheriff Joe Arapaio of Maricopa County, Arizona. Gosh if that doesn't just figure. Anyway America is now ass deep in a very real constitutional crisis and with the Supreme Court being sold out to a coalition of billionaires ... well ... so the bullshit 'tax and spend' legislation (?) just passed by congress and signed into law by Orange Adolf ... ICE is staffing up for a full scale assault on the American people. the freaks WILL be coming to a neighborhood near you and the fuckers are ignoring routine and standard police protocols entering domiciles without warrant, warning, or announcing their intent to crash into your house "just because they're following orders." good luck everyone ... it would seem 'we the people' are on our own. 😠
