It's raining. Yup. Big news in this here part of our world. Rain in the Mojave is a much blessed event. The flora turns an actual green and the air smells like...rain. You see there's this gigantic atmospheric tsunami slamming the west coast of our America and the Sierra Nevada Mountains are getting snow piled up on top of more snow and that is exactly what the Sierras need. Feets of snow. Like 5 feet, 6 feet, 7 feet, and more snow on top of what's already snowed. It's snowing in the upper mountain west and raining in the lower mountain west. I live in the lower mountain west that happens to be Mojave Desert country and rain oh yeah bless the rain. In Utah where it's snowing, some guy broke out his snowmobile, cranked his machine up and then...and then...drove his snowmobile into a rather large pile of snow that was in actual fact a very large rock covered in snow and that pretty much ended the snowmobile excursion. Crushed all to be danged. Sad news indeed. For the guy and his bereaved loved ones. Wife and kids you know. Anyway, the mountains around these here parts are getting snow. The mountains around here are certainly up there in elevation so...snow. Rain in the valley of the Virgin and snow in the Virgin mountains. Life is balanced that way. Now we'll transition over to the machine art segment of today's program. Right about here...

I've never understood why snowmobilers feel the need to fuck up a hill side with their insipid machines. They cause avalanches and mayhem that for the most part could be avoided. oh well I suppose. to each their own. with a demise certainly in the cards. 😖
