Where might the men be men and the sheep are nervous? Why the great State of Wyoming to be exactly specific. According to a webpage called 'wallethub.com', Casper, Wyoming and Cheyenne, Wyoming are great places to retire in. At? Whatever? Now I've been to both towns in Wyoming and you can take it from me...there are mucho mucho and many more places to retire in or at or whatever, than wide open and wonderful Wyoming. The home of the Wyoming Cowboys. Now one more time, Casper and Cheyenne are located on the flats of Wyoming. The wind blows constantly. I mean if there is ever a day that the wind isn't blowing, well, the locals of both towns get creeped out all to be damned. They'll run outside their homes and look north, south, east, and west to see if there are any signs from the heavens as to why the wind isn't blowing. Winters are brutal. I mean mercilessly brutal. You see it snows in Canada and the snow blows all the way south to Wyoming where there has never actually been any snow fall...EVER! The main industry in Wyoming besides growing rednecks, is cattle and then sheep and then coal mining and then petroleum and then conning tourists. See Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the powerpoint presentation on all the ins and outs of conning tourists. So if you happen to be thinking about places to retire, think long and hard before getting buffaloed into moving to Wyoming. After all is said and done, you'll be sorry. the one good and decent thing about Wyoming would be...Yellowstone National Park. If you've never been to America's Holy Land, well, you'll want to make pilgrimage to Yellowstone. Bring lots of money though AS the trip and the stay is damnably pricey. 😲
