We've made it to August 2022. Just about and almost summer is two thirds gone. Shot to hell. Hell of course being California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and on and on and... Its dang hot and the climate forecast indicates more hot is coming. Add that to the Great Western Drought of the twenty first century and what we have here is global climate collapse. You can toss all the climate change prattle on the heap of 'gosh weren't that just a spiffy notion'. Our Planet Earth's climate has collapsed and we'll all get to see what happens next. This could prove very interesting. Very interesting indeed. So Lieutenant and then Commander Nyota Uhura has passed on to that infinite space...the final frontier. Actress Nichelle Nichols has died at age 89. She deserves nothing less than a burial in space with full Federation honors. I think Kirk is the only one left from the original Star Trek. Kirk is getting up there in age too. Don't go gentle into that final frontier Captain Kirk hang in there as long as you can. Boston Celtic GREAT Bill Russell has died at 88. Mr. Russell led the Celtics to 11 NBA championships. That and Mr. Russell was one decent and terrific human. You can rest those knees now Bill, you've earned your place.
