That Was 80 Years Ago ...

 It was 80 years ago almost to the day which just so happens to be August 6 and 9, 1945 and there's an anniversary that should by all rights mean much for today's humanity. 80 years ago then President Harry Truman decided he was going to bring an end to World War II and seeing as how Germany had already collapsed and surrendered and, with Japan refusing to surrender even after Truman had Tokyo firebombed and for the most part wiped Tokyo off the face of our Planet ... breath a cause I'm not finished with this here sentence ... Truman used the now ready for war first atomic bomb and Hiroshima, Japan was the target. August 6, 1945 and the American bomber, a Boeing B-29 Superfortress name of Enola Gay, cutesy name no doubt, dropped an atomic bomb also with a cutesy name, Little Boy, ah ain't that just cute? War criminal to be quite certain. So the first atomic bomb gets dropped on Hiroshima, Japan and our world enters "the atomic age" and damn near everything near ground zero Hiroshima is radioactive toast. A child's tricycle and there was no ancillary report as to IF there was a Japanese child on that tricycle at the time the "Little Boy" was detonated at approximately 500 meters OR about 1600 feet more or less above Hiroshima. War crimes don't get much worse than Hiroshima and Nagasaki and I'm not including the "Holocaust" simply because I'm feeling more than a mite put off by Israelis. Who by the way, can suck it. So an 80 year anniversary is about to happen and here our world is faced with a trumpf/putin pissing fest and threats being tossed back and forth as if nuclear bombing could be a 'thing'. Politicians threatening nuclear war like teenage boys boasting about their penis size is more than offensive and more closely aligned with insanity. Serious insanity that is highlighted by the absolute end of all civilization on our Planet Earth. I don't find any of that bullshit funny, or even a situation to be considered. Yes I do believe trumpf and putin are straight up batshit insane. I have probably stated that previously. Now for Tuesday machine art.

back in the growing up years our world was faced with a "Cold War" which was in actual fact the U.S. and the Soviet Union (Russia) playing 'chicken' with nukes. missile launched nukes and bombers chock filled with nukes ready to drop and then came the de-escalate talks between us and them. some damn dangerous times and I really thought our world had moved past all that ... christ here we go again ... 😐
