Alright ... I Confess

I am computer illiterate. Have been just about my entire computing lifespan that began in earnest sometime in the 1990's. A way back in the early days of postmodern life-spanning cycles, the 1950's, television was a new technology and the tv I remember being in our house was a dinky black and white job that did not have anything close to 'big screen' tv like there is these days. The very first cartoon I can remember was a rabbit named 'Oswald' and 'Oswald' was before Bugs Bunny. Long before like 1927 older than 1940. 'Oswald' was a Disney creation while Bugs was a Looney Tunes. There were no cellphones no internet no microwave ovens, and telephones were a "party line" set up where four maybe six families shared the line and were required to wait you turn. Dang that sure as hell wouldn't fly these days. Somebody has to wait to check their emails and "friends postings" would go apeshit and commence to capping people off with an AK-47 or one of those all time classic killing shootin' irons the AR-15 with that spiffy keen extendo clip that holds an almost infinite number of shells for the neighborhood killing spree. My point would be, I've had to learn what little I know about computers, online usage of "apps" and all the other bullshit that makes up today's postmodern high tech crap-o-rama and there it is. I am mostly computer illiterate and things like posting a blog or whatever, kicks my ass and so when it seems as though I've actually keyboarded out some techno-amazing screed ... well ... when and IF I bother to 'preview' what's been pounded out ... you can imagine my surprise when the posting is AFU and so it goes. I can handle some of the posting drill but some of it is way above my pay grade and seeing as how I'm freelance and mostly retired, the posting drill can be dicey. So now everyone can know that I really am simply making shit up as I keyboard along and so it goes. Now for Saturday machine art.
