Freezing in permafrost is now proven to extend life by at least 46,000 years. Yup ... you too can live far into an unknown future by having yourself frozen in Siberian permafrost and gosh what could possibly go wrong. Scientists working in Siberia uncovered (discovered?) permafrost that contained flash frozen worms of some undisclosed Siberian type and upon defrosting the aforementioned frozen worms, well, the little rascals came defrosting back into existence and scientists working with the frozen worms were surprised as surprised can be. Frozen worms were just fine and wondering aloud what to make of our world now. The scientists working in Siberia were hard pressed to explain to the now defrosted and reanimated worms, all the changes to have taken place over the roughly 46,000 years that the frozen Siberian worms were, well, frozen. Talk about surprises ... Now for Wednesday machine art and someone please cue the camel.

I'm not too certain that there will be much of our humanity left in 46,000 years. not at the rate humanity seems so destructively on at present ... 😐
