The eclipso came and darkened, sort of, sections of America and then went on its merry way and thus endth all signs from "god" and America's Neo-fascist christians are still here. Bummer no doubt. According to any number of talking heads proclaiming they're "authorized to speak on behalf of god", once again have to eat crow and figure out a reasonable explanation for why they misinterpreted a purely solar-centric event that is no more than orbital dynamics on full display. Cause and effect? Because and according to the self-righteous and lunatic wing of christiandom, Monday's solar eclipso was purported to a) proclaim the rapture and all "real christians" would get vacuumed off our Planet so's they could hang hard with jeezus on those infamous "clouds of glory" and b) the biblical "end times" are to commence and oh holy crap-o-rama, shit would hit our world's fan and so it goes. Hellaciously long run-on sentence no doubt. Anyway the bible bangers are same as they were yesterday and still just as goddamn annoying and gullibly ignorant. To be completely up front here, I was pulling for that "rapture" bullshit. I would really like to see the ridiculous asshats struggling to hang on tight while floating on "clouds of glory." By the way, "clouds of glory" are quite similar to cumulonimbus storm clouds and any proximity to those "clouds of glory" would be purely speculative. According to Forrest Gump, "stupid is as stupid does." Now for Tuesday machine art and we can only hope that next eclipso turns the trick. You know, sucks the silly freaks off to some dang where and the where of it all hardly matters .. at all.
