Not in prayer oh hell no. It may in fact be a Sunday but, I'll not be offering up any manner of supplications to "god." One more time, oh hell no. The 'bow our heads' reference is about hanging American heads in shame. Shame, disgrace, and a disgusted sense of hubris. A way back just a wee bit after the 9/11/01 tragedy, then president George W. Bush involved these United States of America in Afghanistan. Pay back for 9/11/01. You see there was some dodgy "intelligence" that maintained the Afghan Taliban were in cahoots with the al Qaida terrorists and therefore were complicit with the 9/11/01 attack on the World Trade Centers. Turns out the Afghan Taliban didn't really have much to do with the al Qaida terrorists and really didn't even get along with the al Qaida freaks. So and working on very little credible intel, Bush got America involved and the rest is "six months tops" history. "Six months tops" turned into 20 bloody and quagmired years. America is now in the process of tucking tail and getting the fuck clear of Afghanistan. America should have never got involved in Afghanistan but, there it is and here we are. Screwed and without courtesy of vaseline or a thank you. It is adamantly clear that George W. Bush and his gang of merry war criminals SHOULD be tried for crimes against humanity and war crimes. A Guantanamo internment camp is still to this day holding uncharged and untried al Qaida "terrorists" and that all in and of itself is an international crime. So there you go and in Afghanistan the saying goes, and there "they" went. Disgraceful. If you've ever wonder why the United States has refused to join on to the International Criminal Court at the Hague, well, now you know why. Afghanistan, Guantanamo Camp X-Ray Texas Hold'em Hell Hole, Iraq, and numerous violations of basic human rights and international law all around the world are prima facie evidence admissible in just about any court anywhere but the ICC should be the start of international accountability. Oh wait I do have ONE prayer to offer up to "god", and that would be 'dear god, don't let Dick Cheney cack off this here existence before he has to face a war crimes tribunal. That is all for now'. You see Cheney is a half-heartless son-of-a-bitch that needs to be held to account. Cheney lives with another's human heart. His original human heart turned black and rotted in his chest so he needed to get another. human heart. Just think, some other human had to die so Cheney could continue insulting our shoddy existence. I think that is wrong on so many para-philosophical levels. Seems there isn't supreme justice for American war criminals and that's tragic all in and of itself. Machine art comes next. Happy Sunday y'alls.
