Happy Land is of course Florida. Home of Cape Canaveral, the NASA Space Center, the Disney Mega-plex, a sinking Miami, Der Führer Ron DeSantis, and Bunny & Claude Jr.. Bunny and Claude would be, the soon to be heralded in a made for television docudrama, children that broke into a home in Deltona, Florida and started an oh so startling shoot out with Volusia County sheriff deputies. Bunny and her accomplice Claude are (were?) runaways from a Volusia County group home for troubled children. Yeah it's a fair bet these two are 'troubled' alright. The duo broke into a home, ransacked the place, busted shit up, found a nifty cache of Florida weapons that included a handgun, a 12 ga pump shotgun, plenty of ammunition, and an especially Floridian AK-47. The AK-47 is the go-to weapon of choice for any and all upstanding and ever vigilant Floridians. Well and quasi-militia members along with klanvangelicals of dubious faith. The pair were in the home for sometime before sheriff deputies showed up to investigate what the hell was going on inside the home that had been broken in to. After sheriff deputies arrived 'on scene' the girl and that would be Bunny who is according to deputy reporting, 14 years old, came outside and threatened to "kill" Deputy Sergeant Donnie Maxwell. The deputies had thrown a cell phone into the house to establish contact with the kids and after an undisclosed amount of time the girl came out of a garage packing the shotgun where she was warned to "drop the shotgun" and girl ignores the deputies and goes back inside the garage. Bunny comes back outside of garage and opens fire on the deputies. The deputies showing considerable restraint did not open fire on Bunny and she went back inside AGAIN, comes outside once more where gunfire is exchanged and the girl is shot numerous times by sheriffs deputies and thus a rather ugly incident in a lengthy list of ugly Florida incidents comes to a rather obvious ending. So Bunny is down by gunfire contact, Claude the boy is still inside the home but shows himself, finally, and Claude is packing the AK-47 which he promptly lays on the ground and surrenders to the deputies. Good choice on the kid's part. So Claude it turns out is diabetic. I'm not certain as to what his medical condition has to do with anything but the story is simply not complete without a mention of the kid's diabetes. That wouldn't be a violation of HIPA Laws now, would it? Anyway Bunny gets packed off to a local hospital in "serious but stable condition." Bunny is damn lucky to be alive. Bunny would obviously be white. After all this is Florida we're making mention of and, black kids carrying shotguns and opening fire on deputies is an automatic death sentence in Florida. There have been no following incident reporting on Bunny's physical condition. She does however have any number of psychological issues that will, if she survives being shot numerous times by sheriff deputies, need to be addressed. Young Claude is being held in a "secure detention facility" according to Volusia County spokespersons. Spokespersons are not named. Florida Governor Der Führer Ron DeSantis did remark, "obviously it is a really problematic situation to have that." Gosh Mein Führer, you think? So it's just another day in Happy Land and all is well that ends up with a smile and several inane remarks by Florida politicians that are about as clueless as they come. It would be better for all concerned and most of Amerika IF Florida sank into the Atlantic Ocean and all the detritus were washed out to sea. Of course a sinking Florida would have to include the parts of Florida that would sink into the Gulf of Mexico. We shall now move on to image manipulation. There should be more uniquely Amerikan ugliness to prattle on about tomorrow. Judas Priest...

turns out that 2nd Amendment thingy is an absolute curse heaped upon Amerikans of all shapes, sizes, colors, faiths, or lack there of. :/
