Open Closed Open ...

 The Strait of Hormuz is open. Nope, it's closed. Wait ... it's open again. Nope, closed. Back and forth and anyway the wind blows. Such is a day in the life of the Strait of Hormuz. Ocean going vessels are churning up the waters of the Strait of Hormuz not knowing if they can sail or otherwise just sit there are get targeted by the Iranians ... then the U.S. ... then back to the Iranians again ... It's probably a really bad time for maritime captains and the vessels they captain. Do we sail or do we not ... a question fit for putting to Hamlet. That's a shakespearean reference by the way. Yes I've read a number of works by Shakespeare and no I would not recommend Shakespeare period. Dang hard reading no doubt. Shakespeare was popular reading back in his day but today? Nah ... I'll pass. I did ace the exam we were given on Macbeth. Nailed it. The tales of Hamlet, Macbeth, and any number of Shakespearean works highlight the really fucked up nature of European monarchy and the notorious ides of Caesar. You know ... Julius Caesar who got knifed unto "et tu Brute?" Wait a second ... hey all you useless freaks occupying the United States Senate ... are you up to speed on how to cack a lunatic el jefe? Uncle Lurch the crazy fucker from Pennsylvania could lead the charge. Lurch is loopy enough to give it a run. Sorry I've digressed a long dang ways from topic. Lemme see ... Hormuz ... Strait of Hormuz ... yeah today it's closed. Tomorrow will see another change of venue and evidently Iran is in the grips of dueling political fucknuts that are wanting to appease julius caesar trumpf and religious political fucknuts that want nothing more than 'death to Amerika' ... and so it goes. Alrighty everyone back to work. Or school. Or whatever. Monday is come round again and there ain't not a thing can be done about that. You see, Mondays happen. As do Tuesdays then Wednesdays than...you might be able to catch my drift. In the further adventures of Philias Fogg (aka Around The World In Eighty Days airing on PBS), the intrepid trio was saved from off'n the island they'd been stranded on. Ms. Figg and the valet Passepartout seemed on the verge   sucking face but the trio (Philias Fogg, Abigail Fix, and Passepartout the valet and his first name is Jean) were saved and we the viewers were sparred a moment of forbidden love. You see the valet Passepartout is black and Ms. Figg is white and the 'Around The World In Eighty Days' tele-adventure is portrayed in the "Victorian era." Snobbery and racial bias is everywhere.
