Met Gala 2025 ... What ... ?!?

 I don't really understand "celebrity" turn outs. I believe it's all about money. Just about everything these days is about money. Not having any and still managing to get along seems almost no big deal. However there aren't any 'galas' or 'award things' or shit like that there for lowlifes such as moi. So ... when I toggle up images of shit like 'Met Gala 2025', it does strike me as more of a freak show than anything that even remotely approaches street life in our good old U.S. of A.. Good god ... "they" whomever "they" may in fact be, dress these idiots out in some truly ridiculous "fashion" and I suppose we ass out people are supposed to envy the apparel. Or possibly not. I'm of the opinion that the "celebrity" caste are enslaved to the money givers and are therefore required to do whatever is asked, or told of them to do or wear or walk this way or turn that way or profile please or take off your top or ... you know ... whatever perverse task is performed so the money continues it's flow to the celebrity slaves. Hmmm, maybe we should pity the sorry fuckers ... nah fuck 'em. If these clowns wearing the latest clown suits want to 'parade' in public for photographers, well, have it kids. I was rather surprised to see Kamala Harris, Democrat candidate for presidential election 2024, at the Met thingy and I felt more disappointed than anything else. Really Madam Vice President? You hobnob with the freaks? I suppose I shouldn't judge the Harris look by its adornment ... BUT ... yeah I'll limit myself to judging the photo shoot and leave the politic on a sideline. At least Madam Vice President didn't show up looking freakishly ridiculous. But still, lapse of judgement? Yes, disappointment rings loud and clear especially so given the bullshit that all of America is facing at the present. Now for some Wednesday machine art ... could someone please cue the camel ...
