Halloween is exactly one week away. yippee! all the little ghosties and goblins and creepy if not scary things will be out and about trick or treating for candy and the good stuff that comes out on Halloween. love that Halloween. not so much as back in the day but, it's still pretty darn fun. putting up Halloween lights and decorations still holds a world of fascination for me. seeing my neighborhood get transformed from the usual well-coiffured front lawns to gigantic skeletons sitting where the lawn jockeys used to sit and black cats and dragons and witches and I even learned how to tie a hangman's noose so I could 'hang' pumpkins off the awning. looks pretty cool. anyway and I believe that Halloween night is when daylight savings time ends for this year. you know, really early in the a.m. on November 1, 2020. that ought to be scary. don't forget to set your clocks back an hour before bed on Halloween night. I'm sure no one will forget about that. of course if you've a mind to, you could set your clocks back early on Saturday night and give the trick or treaters an extra hour to canvas your neighborhood for treats. that just might work. however with the Covid pandemic and all, there might not be so many ghosties out on Halloween night. I could suppose that we'll all have to wait and see. we'll all have to wait and see if the nation survives the change back to regular time on a Halloween night. however all the changey stuff should keep amerika on edge until after the election on Tuesday and that would be three days after Halloween and two days after the switch from DST to RST. that would be daylight savings time and back to regular standard time. gosh that isn't confusing at all. right. so let us move on to the really important stuff and machine art. which by the way is pretty darn cool for today. right.
