I have diabetes. Type II diabetes to be clinically accurate. I take several different pharmaceuticals and I take/use the Ozempic which is currently all the rave on account of the pharma will aid in losing weight. You know, that ugly as hell body fat that sags around the waistline and ass ... so ozempic was I do believe, intended for the treatment of diabetes type II and the stuff works wonders. HOWEVER the old ozempic is damn pricey and for those of us seniors that are held to Social Security/Medicare standards of a monthly pittance, well, being able to afford the ozem is a maybe/maybe not sort of scenario. So ... Novo Nordisk (maker of ozempic) had a Patient Assistance Program that made it so we/I could get my ozempic for nada. Well that is going to end come January 1, 2026. The termination of Novo's PAP begins on January 1 of year next and there's not a damn thing can be done about all that now. All of America's senior citizens will experience an entirely new Medicare and the signs of what's to come are taking effect. You see, October 15, 2025 begins open season on all the Medicare Advantage plans that are highly advertised all over the media frontier and so I received the opening salvo today (yesterday) which just so happened to be October 15, 2025 and I did have my suspicions but the actual speed of delivery was just a touch upsetting. Well that's not right ... fucking bullshit pissed me off NO god damned end. This is the beginning to herr trumpf's 'big hugely beautiful bill' that has brought on the closing of federal government; Speaker of the House Mike Johnson's stiff necked opposition to releasing those Epstein Files, Johnson's refusal to swear in a newly elected Democrat member of Congress from Arizona, AND trumpf's firing ALL federal employees which, thanks to one brave federal judge somewhere that disallowed trumpf's insanity to further gut our government, here we are at the threshold of full on civil war and won't that just be one really dang fine time no doubt. This bizarro ride is about to get damnably ugly, violent, frustrating, and where this ends is anyone's guess. So much unnecessary bullshit and I for one am already sick and tired of the being sick and tired scenario that seems to be the only redeeming quality to any and all republicunts. For the record, I have any number of icky dang ailments that are inherent to seniors of my peer group and most of that is karma and the body's way of paying you back for all the really stupid shit you did as a younger way younger person than you are at present. with the federal government being shut down, I can't really get accurate information as to what seniors are going to lose regarding Medicare Advantage plans and I do believe that is one reason why the insufferable little prick mikey johnson refuses to answer any questions about the new health plans, releasing the epstein files, and swearing in that Arizona newly elected member of congress ... johnson thinks of himself as a god fearing evangenital crosstian ... what the fuck ever mikey ... I do believe it was jesus himself that said ... "by their fruits you will know them" ... jesus was referring to believers ... you know those ever so greasy hypocrites that call themselves 'evangenitals' ... 😐
