There will now have to be an intervention that includes taco being sent to a "facility" that deals, effectively, with aging and demented old convicts then given a cookie a binky and a warm comfy spot in the sunshine. Trump disconnect from our regular reality has much to do with taco ingesting adderall ... adderall is amphetamine/dextroamphetamine salt and, take it from me as I have some familiarity with amphetamines, be that quite sometime ago and in my past, that is some damn powerful amperage cosmetically and euphemistically known as 'speed'. Why in hell trump and musk be taking adderall is beyond logical or rational explanation. For clarification, musk is taking ketamine. Speculation? Explanations? Whatever?
