A Royal Society Research Professor, Department of Physics, University of Oxford, has devised a new quantum computer (computing?) for use in the old everyday scheme of things and this new quantum computer (computing?) gizmo has been named...wait for it... a HAL 9000. I dunno but, I've got a bad feeling about dude's quantum computer gizmo. Now for Thursday's machine art. Absolutely no quantum computing was used in the preparation of the Thursday performance. Well...maybe some quantum computing shit - a necessary functionary for today's artistry and creating. Yup.
