Some guy name of Alex something or other was sentenced to life in prison, actually two life sentences in prison, for murdering his wife and kid. Those two life sentences are to run "consecutive." That means the guy is never gonna get out of prison. Never oh no not ever. I find it curious that the guy is making national media coverage. People are convicted and sentenced to life sentences just about any day in America and that just about hardly ever warrants national media coverage. Guy's name is Murdaugh or Murdock or some moniker like that. I think if the two life sentences were handed down to Rupert Murdock, well, that might warrant national media coverage. Probably international media coverage. Anyway the guy was sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole. Once more, people receive sentences just like that on any dang day here in our justice is blind America. No media coverage and not likely for some sorry ass loser that resorts to taking another persons life. Evidently this Alex guy wasn't a sorry ass loser. However, the guy is next up for cell block D which is reserved for lifers. More incarceration jargon. So that's the "important" news and bluster that came in on Friday. Now it's on to Saturday and machine art that's not close to a life sentence. Not for now anyway.
