Dateline United States House of Representatives -
Kevin McCarthy still has not enough votes to gain the "prized" Speaker of the House role. Clerk of the House calls out the time to vote schtick and McCarthy twists slowly and agonizingly in the winds of change. Once more the dummy hasn't enough votes from his very own party to win the prize. Last I checked, the House was preparing a 14th round of voting. At round three this was all rather funny. Now it's just dysfunctionally sad. Abysmally sad and glaringly offensive for the growing weary American people. Guess what people, the system is broken and horribly beyond repair. Oh well and c'est la vie. This pathetic and very much narcissistic little psycho-drama could drag on for days. Now for Saturday machine art.
*morning update - McCarthy finally got his dream job. On the 15th vote he had finally sold enough bullshit to get the votes he needed to claim his prize.
