His "renaming" of the Gulf of Mexico was laughed at internationally and the same will happen should he, trumpf, attempt to rename Lake Ontario. Obviously trumpf has absolutely no knowledge of our Constitution. What our Constitution says and what the Constitution defines as legal.   The American West is on fire. Wildfire from border to border ... that'd be north to south. The "biggest little city in the world", Reno's claim, is on fire and their fire was human caused. Arson plain and simple. So far Nevada first responders have had to evacuate the University of Nevada Reno ... go Wolfpack ... and any number of Reno residents.   Our dog has cancer and it's an "aggressive" cancer, so says the Vet, and there's not much can be done. So my wife and I make her as comfortable as possible, spoil the  bejesus out of her, and now comes death watch. This is the part that really hurts. Dogs can't tell you how they feel or what they feel but you can tell or dang close just by the expression on a dog's face. She's suffering, not quite so much now but, the dog knows she's not quite right. So our time together is short now and god damn if'n this doesn't about suck. Really large. Her name is Emery but we have always called her Emmy and she likes that. I'm just not up to being chipper or wise ass or whatever. Somber is how to describe death watch. When it's time, which is getting close, we'll take Ms Emmy to the vet for that final visit. She'll go in peace. I've often wondered why the procedure is not allowed for humans.   The USS Gerald R Ford aircraft carrier has finally made it back to home port and so Ford's sailors will get some much needed shore leave and with any luck those sailors will get back an aircraft carrier that is up to speed and able to handle the daily crapper regiments of hard working US Navy sailors officers and the grunts. Grunts? Hmmm, I think that would apply to Marines ... dang I'd better check on tags. Back in a minute ... okay grunts is a handle given to the frontline Marines that take the bullets.
