  A quite interesting and surprisingly apt article about Rob Reiner is posted on a website name of 'Military.com' and it seems that the website is more than likely a DoW publication (department of war). A copyright of "2025 Military Advantage" is how the website gets associated with U.S. military. Seems good enough for me. I think the site is to put a community friendly face on things military and there are any number of boomer generation menfolk that still to this day view any and all things military with suspicion and a distinctly bad taste resurrects upon association. HOWEVER ... and I had never given much thought to Rob Reiner the movie director as being hailed by U.S. military.   It's here at long last. Xmas week with Thursday being "the" day. Xmas day of course. Haven't finished all that shopping for the family? Have nary a worry friend ... Walmart will be happy to hook you up with whatever you might have forgot to purchase. Amazon will be 'guaranteeing' that you'll be able to get your shit before  Xmas and they "promise." UPS/FedEx/USPS are already pulling long and really longer hours sweating out those delivery schedules that MUST be made or there will be trouble. Trouble with a capital 'T' and the loss of a job. I feel badly for the delivery folks and I always and every time make sure to offer a thank you with out exception. The delivery folk should be allowed to take tips. The countdown is on ... Xmas is in one week. Yep. Exactly seven yes 7 count them seven days and the festive season is over. All the prep work is done and all the credit available is no longer available. The Xmas preppers will have until about next August 2026 to pay down those card tabs and ready up for next year's Xmas. Golly it certainly does seem as if time simply flies by when we're all having such fun. Really. Well maybe some Americans are having fun.
