Migrants are flooding across the border with Mexico looking for those mythical American streets paved with gold and some peace and safety for their families. Who wouldn't want a little peace and safety for their family? Well the state of texas takes issue with that argument and is now prepared to resist the Biden administration and the federal government by stringing concertina wire across the Rio Grande river in hopes of snagging those icky dang migrants and snag them severely enough that the migrants drown. In the Rio Grande river. Drowned migrants are no longer a threat to anyone after that drowning scenario. The Biden administration took texas to the Supreme Court and the Supremes gave Biden's Border Patrol agency permission to remove that texas installed concertina wire and texas really began to whine and bitch up a texas sized streak. The governor of texas, already mentioned by name, has decided that if the Biden administration and the Supremes won't stand up for texas, well, texas will simply secede from the American Union. Ewww ... that's a really "defiant" position to take in this day and age. Should texas actually "secede" from the Union, that's gonna crank up a civil war and of course, texas will quite literally get bombed back to an Aztec Stone Age at the very least. The dumb ass texans will have to close every dang interstate highway, state highway, county road, national infrastructure, more dang NASA crap than you can shake a coil of concertina wire at, AND that ever so precious tourism dollar that makes up a sizable chunk of a texas legislative budget. I really don't much care what abbott and the legislator clown posse does or doesn't do. However, the ridiculous fuckers need to put up or shut the fuck up for the foreseeable future.
