Happy day hopefully. News reports indicate that trump has been indicted on seven counts of mishandling classified government documents. An indictment is the first step in the slow rolling farce that is a prosecution of a former president. Seeing as how a prosecution of a former president is pretty much uncharted territory, well, I suppose we shall see what we shall see. I'm waiting on some intrepid U.S. attorney to seek treason charges against trump for the January insurrection. It could happen. Maybe. Someday. However, trump being indicted is a pretty good start.
