The Last Friday

 It's the very last Friday in January. It's the very last Friday in January 2021 and there will never be another. Gosh is that about sad or what. Next up will be February and we should get several Fridays in February. I think so anyway. I like the month of February, and it's really short. As in just about 28 days and done. Well except when those 'leap years' happen. Actually, the 'leap years' happen quadrennially . You know, once every four years. I do believe that's what quadrennially defines as but, maybe I should go look. Hold on and I'll be back shortly...yup, nailed it. Once every four years. Almost like when America holds that silly-ass presidential election thingy. I suppose we Americans should be grateful for that. If a presidential election thingy came more than once every four years well, I'm thinking the suicide rate around the Nation would skyrocket for sure. In the very early days of the beginning of the America, the Nation's Founding Fathers wanted to make that presidential election thingy happen once every six years. The notion never really gained much traction and so America is stuck with what we've got. Personally, I think a once every six years presidential election is a pretty good idea. Allow an elected president one term in Office that lasts for six years. In the very least, if a sitting president were to get impeached for a second time after four years in Office, a second impeachment would hold a fairly significant amount of interest and a second impeachment would count for more than just window dressing on presidential disgrace, incitement to riot, insurrection, being just plain rude, and treason. All notorious qualities that trump embodies passionately. Trump will of course skate. The asshole is luckier than a two peckered billy goat. A two peckered billy goat is a very old and odd expression from way back in the day. My old man and any number of his drinking buddies used that expression which as I understand it, held much meaning that eluded my ever so young self at the time. I did however find the expression mucho hilarious and have used the expression from time to time up to this very day. Two peckered billy goat...that's funny. Okay and enough of the road trip down memory lane and miscellaneous and other bullshit. It's on to machine art and stuff that might not have been covered so far.
