 Yes my friends we've arrived at a Toosday and news all around is grisly, depressing, horrific, degrading, and that's the "good news." Well maybe not so much. President Genocide Joe is still sending Uhmerica's finest weaponry and technology that is designed with nothing more in mind than to render human flesh detached from life's source to holocausters in israel. That would be a human body. Not an israeli human body, israelis are mostly inhumane. Anyway, it's winter in the Mormon HomeWorld and I'm about to post a photo that images a Salt Lake canyon I spent much time in. The little canyon is lovingly known as "Memory Grove" and I've many memories of the "Grove."  The first week of our new year 2024 is done and week two is set to get after it. Not much has changed in the course of one week and not much ever changes whether week one, two, three. and same old crap-o-la is same old crap-o-la. War, horror, political deceit, political hubris, more war, so wash rinse and repeat. An endless feedback loop of mundane and amoral repetition. How many happy smiley faces can you slap on death? I mean one happy smiley face is for the most part the same as any other. Of course it does become necessary every once in a while to inject a little blah blah blah to keep the bottom feeders happy. However it is sort of a requirement to keep bottom feeders happy. Bottom feeders are what keeps the wheels of productivity turning. Their endless sacrifice greases those wheels of profitability so the Uber-elite of our world's upper class castes can bask in the glow of human misery. Well and humiliation. It does take a bit of humility to be mere grease for the cogs of grandiose accumulations. Uh-mericans really do enjoy being the shoulders that assholes like trump the hump tend to walk on. Wait ... I suppose that trump the hump enjoys throwing classless and society's detritis under the bus just so's the hump doesn't have to drive that bus. Anyway, we are off and running headlong into 2024 the new year and just about any minute now we can expect a new and even more interesting war to breakout somewhere. I'm wagering on the Israelis getting into a dustup with Hizbollah and Lebanon will once again play host to death, destruction, and horrors unlike the horrors our Planet witnessed when Israel went nuts on Palestinians and Gaza. We shouldn't forget about the West Bank. Damn if'n Palestinians aren't about the world's doormat. For now anyway. So it's on we go to Monday machine art. The Israelis need to lighten the fuck up with their ongoing slaughter of Palestinians.

 January 6, 2021 and donny the hump trump attempted a bloody coup right here in our fragile America. trump's legion of civil morons stormed the United States Capitol Building, ransacked the place to include taking a crap on then Speaker of the House the Honorable Nancy Pelosi's desk. You really should respect the Office if not the woman. Although Madam Pelosi is certainly worthy of America's undying respect. So here we are three long years later and trump remains a free man down in the swamps of Florida and maybe, finally, maybe his demented ass will be held to account. I'm not about to hold my breath. I watched in living color the day JerkOff Jerry Ford pardoned Dick Nixon. America certainly has a very short attention span. Worse than the dyslexic child. I happen to be one of those dyslexic little fuckers and throw in some attention deficit disorder and presto ... you've got all the ingredients for a dope ingesting LSD taking long haired freak. I got over all that mess BUT, here we all are and the hump is still on the loose. America's Supremes are fixing to dive into the trump morass and I'm not about to hope that collection of corrupt robes will do America right. So along with the "remember Pearl Harbor", "remember 9/11/01", and today's "remember January 6, 2021" sloganeering at it's contrite best and we'll be plunging headlong into the 2024 presidential election cycle and around about the first Tuesday in November 2024, it's entirely possible that the Supremes will make some sort of judicial decision that will affect America for quite possibly years to come. Life, Death, And The Existentialism Of Simplexity

 As the title of this here screed implies, we're heading into parts unknown. Unknown to philosophers, pseudo-intellectual genius types, physicists, disciples of the cult of navel lint, and of course all those 'maga-mongers' that are so disconnected from present space/time reality as to make fools of themselves while caught in the act of attempting sustainable methods of relevance. The silly poseurs are thoroughly infatuated with donald trump so ... go figure. Anyway, on an almost level existential playing field, well, somehow everything will turn out just fine. Or not. And really, does any of it hold any significant meaning? I would conjecture that significance is solely in the purview of the conjecturer and further didactic examination on a syllabic plane becomes just another exercise in futility. As we all should know, "we are borg. you will be assimilated ... resistance is futile." There ... you ... go. Now its time for Saturday machine art and yes there will be NFL football on the telly today, tomorrow, and each and every weekend until the gosh-gee-willickers super bowl that will be played in Las Vegas. Bang Bang He Shot Lights Out

 Perry, Iowa and we find another mass shooting at Perry High School. Iowa? Yup right in America's heartland a six grade student is gunned down by a 17 year old Perry High student and thus ends a sixth graders education courtesy of the NRA. You see the shooter, a 17 year old doofus kind of student that was probably acting out his paranoia and fears of further bullying, shot the sixth grader, four other high school students, and the high school's principal. Only the sixth grader lost his life. The shooter kid was using a pump shotgun, probably a 12 gauge, and he was packing a small caliber pistol. There were no details about the pistol being used in the shooting spree. Needless to say the citizens of Perry, Iowa are dumbstruck and shocked to their core. Evidently in Perry, Iowa horrific shit like a mass shooting with casualties never happens. Well it happens now and did exactly that. There are entirely too goddamn many guns in America and the availability and access to guns AND ammunition is unbelievable. Damn easy too. Too damn easy. The family of the kid that was murdered will suffer his loss for a long damn time. I speak first hand. 

Time for Friday machine art and if any reader should think about the pain and suffering that is spread widely across our world take a minute for a moment of reflection. Ain't not so many solutions at present and that seems problematic.

according to the reporting from Perry, Iowa, the sixth grader killed was attending a breakfast thingy that mingles older kids with much younger kids and that turned out to be wholly problematic. if not fatal. 😐

Earthquakes And Sinkholes

 Yes friends an earthquake hit Roosevelt Island, the Borough of Queens, and that caused a sinkhole in Brooklyn. Locations are in New York. The state and city. The earth moved Tuesday early morning and the 1.7 magnitude shaker apparently "shook residents from their beds and caused a series of explosions AND a sinkhole in Brooklyn." I've survived numerous earthquakes that have occurred at various times and locations in my sojourn around Planet Earth and a 1.7 earthquake is hardly noticeable. Really. Trains shake the ground more than a 1.7 earthquake. Now I really shouldn't hack on New Yorkers having to endure an "earthquake, explosions, and a sinkhole." Being New Yorkers, well they tend to be a mite skittish. Can't really blame New Yorkers for that and after all, they live in New York City. What the New Yorkers failed to notice was the posting from USGS about that earthquake being a pre-cursor to a super volcano eruption about to happen under Roosevelt Island, the Borough of Queens, and Brooklyn. Now that would be something to get concerned about. A super volcanic eruption will send Roosevelt Island, the Borough of Queens, and Brooklyn skyrocketing all the way to Iceland. Won't the Yorkers be surprised to waking up in Iceland. Icelanders might mind and possibly be more than a bit annoyed at having Roosevelt Island, the Borough of Queens, and Brooklyn landing next to Reykjavik unannounced. Anyway with all the ugly events happening at present around our horribly under siege Planet Earth, a minor earthquake story should provide a little levity in these not so appealing days of war and assorted other atrocities being waged by people that should know better from the git. I tend to wonder about people that say New York is a "wonderful" place to live. so when asked why the former New Yorkers decided to leave New York to move west, they will generally reply, "it's New York and there's way too many people and the air stinks." there you go ... 😐

On The Second Day ...

 Day two of 2024 and the presidential election crap vis-a-vie biden vs trump, is on the rise. Dang if'n we ain't about some lucky people or what. Trump is getting his treasonous ass assaulted on several fronts by the legal invocation of the Insurrection Act. The Insurrection Act is the 14th Amendment section 3 to America's Constitution and is an obscure and confusing aspect to federal and constitutional law and is being applied to trump's attempt at being the republican candidate for president in the upcoming presidential election. Colorado has already invoked the 14th Amendment and the State of Maine has followed Colorado's move and declared trump ineligible. Trump of course pitched one of his world class man-fits and the Supreme Court has so far refused to get involved in trump's legal morass. So in one aspect, 2024 will be an evolutionary soap opera that will turn out to be way more exciting than any presidential campaign in recent American history. Just about all of the upcoming 2024 election campaigns, local, state, and federal, will be tied inexorably to trump versus biden. Oh yeah, loads of fun are in store and the money squandered on election 2024 will be staggering to say the least. Most American elections are deeply connected to money and our America has the Supremes to thank for that outrage. So let us diverge to Wednesday machine art and someone stand by to cue the camel. There's One Down

 One day down in 2024 and there's a whole lot of days yet to roll on by. For those of a more forward thinking mindset, Xmas is only 359 days off so, better start making plans about June. Give or take several months or so. That's the anchor for a Tuesday machine art program. Yeah ... I got about nothing. Not anything hopeful as there isn't much to be hopeful about. A Bright New Day ... ?

 Our world made it to 2024 and short of our Planet getting smacked by a rogue asteroid, well, our Planet just might make it to 2025. So why is it that any asteroid orbiting eerily close to Planet Earth is considered "rogue?" Seems to me the asteroid is merely following the old basic laws of planetary physics and the gravitational pull of our sun and there's not a dang thing 'rogue' about its orbit. It's Planet Earth that has orbited into the path of the aforementioned asteroid and as an old saying goes, "you pays your money and takes your chances." Wow did I ever get off topic ... I forget what the hell point I was trying to make. Anyway, 2024 is off and running. There certainly seems to be no end of distractions happening at present to help keep your mind off just about any topic. War, more war, ethnic cleansing, famine, pestilence, misery, so 2024 picks up where 2023 left off. With America's presidential election happening in November 2024, the wild and crazy distractions will be almost historical in the capacity to distract. Hmmm, 2024 will be a year meant for distraction. So considering all that crap-o-la let us proceed to the very first installment of Monday machine art and Happy New Year. Yippee!
